SHIPPING TIME
Our standard processing time on retail orders is 2-3 business days + shipping. Wholesale orders may require longer processing times depending on volume and availability.
We ship USPS First Class postage, typically within 1-2 weeks. We also offer Priority and Express shipping upgrade options as you check out.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Please review and confirm your shipping address before checking out to ensure timely delivery. Though it is rare, if your package has gotten lost in transit due to a fault of the postal carrier, please contact us and we will either ship a replacement or issue you a refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Don't love your item? Just contact us, and we'll help you out. We accept returns within 30 days on all retail orders. Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except when there is a defect or quality issue with the product, in which case we'll make it right and either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items damaged in transit must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please get in touch with us before returning any item! Thank you so much.
