Refund policy

Don't love your item? Just contact us, and we'll help you out. We accept returns within 30 days on all retail orders. Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except when there is a defect or quality issue with the product, in which case we'll make it right and either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items damaged in transit must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please get in touch with us before returning any item! Thank you so much.
