WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER?
Opening order is $100.00 and reorders are also $100.00.
Rock'N Paper continues to add SKUs, and offering new arrivals throughout the year, ranging from $1.50 to $10.00.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
Kindly allow 5-7 business days to ship out your order during the Holidays and Trade Show season. However, shipments normally go out within 1-3 business days. Common methods are USPS and UPS, and choose by lowest rate to ship. Unless requested otherwise.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE BACK ORDERS?
I try my best to keep all items on hand, however in a case there is a back order, you will be notified immediately with an ETA. All items in stock will ship out on time. Back ordered items will ship out as soon as available.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of submitting your order. Returns are not accepted for wholesale orders unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect item was received. Please report any issues with your order within 7 days of the ordered receipt.

DO YOU OFFER EXCLUSIVITY?
Yes, if you are a retailer that would like exclusivity, please let me know and I'd be happy to set up exclusivity on all ordering platforms. The required annual spend is $1200.00 for exclusivity in your zip code.
